With the condo being a new build, the space was exactly as described. Location wise, we were in walking distance to everything we did over the weekend. That was the biggest plus for our stay!

We love staying at Island Inn and we have stayed in many of the rooms! But I must say this is now our favorite room and we will be staying there again soon! It was nice to have a beautiful view of the beach and to be able to use all the cool things in the room in case we forgot like the beach umbrella and hair spray. The room was super cute and we were absolutely obsessed with the comfortable pillows and matress on the bed! The retro vibe of the extra appliances like the toaster and the blender were so cute! Very 1950’s which was awesome considering we were there staying for our 11th wedding anniversary and we meet at work at Disney at 50’s Prime Time Cafe! We were able to fish from the beach and people watch and there were plenty of fall events in the area which was awesome! Thank you for the fun weekend and we hope to see you soon!

Our stay could not have been more perfect. The home was spotless, the linens fresh, and a welcome card on the dining room table. We enjoyed the balcony view of the water. It was a little wild with the wind and high surf from Imelda and Humberto, but it added an element of excitement. My sister in law made a large haul of sea glass on the beach in front of your home. She was very pleased. Our only regret for the future is the lot in front selling and the beautiful view obstructed somewhat. I will definitely recommend the vacation home and you, Eric as an exceptional host to my friends and family. Thank you for making our stay so homey and enjoyable. Mike

The house was beautiful ! My family enjoyed the game room . We enjoyed playing games with my 24 year old son and 19 year old daughter . I felt right at home I cooked dinner Saturday night and she provided the house with all the essentials needed to enjoy our dinner . I definitely would book Sierra’s house again . The rooms were very spacious and comfortable for my family !

We had a lovely stay. The home was clean and so conveniently located to the beach! The outside closet full of beach gear and a beach wagon were a pleasant surprise—made our walks to the beach so much easier. And we appreciated the clear instructions for everything and the fact that Sierra and David were able to adjust our checkout time for our unique situation.

This place was nice and quiet. Beds were comfortable and the house had everything I needed. My favorite feature of this place was the backyard and the young blue heron that lives in the backyard/marsh. If you are quiet and respectful, you can watch this beautiful bird hunt for crabs.
