The home is within walking distance of restaurants, entertainment, live music, a grocery store, and nearby activities. John's Pass Village is also nearby for shopping, dining, and water activities. Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway, with additional street parking. There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, records video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience!
