Perfect single family home featuring 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, the home comfortably accommodates a group with many separate spaces for enjoying each other's company. The first level has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, one room with an ensuite bathroom and the other with a half bathroom nearby attached to the laundry room. The main space on the first floor features a spacious living room and the fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with a large island. ALL bedrooms and the living room have TV's with Cable included, plus other apps you can sign into your own accounts. Off of the dining space, there is a beautiful sun room to relax, and a fenced backyard with cornhole boards , a gas grill and plenty of places to sit in the backyard. The second level has 3 bedrooms. The large master suite features a King sized bed and a massive shower and walk in closet in the ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have comfortable queen sized beds and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. With provided beach gear, high speed WIFI, and a great outdoor space this will become your new go-to spot! Sorry, no pets allowed. COVID-19 update: We have implemented strict cleaning measures for disinfecting the house between guests. In addition to our regular high standards, we are disinfecting all light switches, remotes, doorknobs, keypads, all surfaces, and any additional heavily touched surfaces around the space. We want you to have a peace of mind and consider us a retreat today and always. This area does have military installations nearby and loud jets will periodically fly overhead. Please be aware if you are sensitive to noise. There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, records video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience! 30+ day stays require background check, lease, and deposit after booking.
