Book today for a memorable beach getaway in the vibrant Vibe District! A few things about my home that may make your stay better... House Temperature - First and foremost, I have a nest thermostat upstairs and downstairs. May be a little warm when you get there cause it goes into cost saving mode when no one is home. When you walk in it should automatically turn on to 72 degrees. If it doesn't or if you would like to change it simply turn the wheel to set it. Downstairs - Living Room: One remote on the tv stand controls cable/tv/volume. Hold the mic button on the remote and tell it what channel you would like to watch. Can also choose Netflix from the remote. In one of the guest bedrooms there is a plug going into a cable outlet. This helps power the cable/internet in the house. If it is unplugged the cable and internet will not work. There is a bluetooth speaker in the kitchen you may use. It will come up as [samsung R1]. No shoes on the carpets. Clean your dishes or load and start dishwasher before leaving. Take trash out to cans in the garage. No need to take the cans to the curb. Someone will take them out once a week. Strip the bed of used linens and leave in a pile on the floor of the room so cleaners know which beds/rooms have been used. Kitchen: We provide both a Keurig and a drip coffee marker. If you need extra napkins check the kitchen pantry. You May use any food in the house, but please check expiration dates first. Trash can is in the cabinet to the right of the kitchen sink. There are some chemicals/cleaners under the kitchen sink as well as a first aid kit. No fire extinguisher, but the house has an automatic sprinkler system. Please clean out the food and pantry of items that you bring upon leaving. Also, make sure to clean the sink and load the dishwasher. Upstairs - The master bedroom has a sleep number bed. The white remote controls it. There is a jetted tub. NEVER run it unless the water is well above the jets as it will get air locked if you don't. Bedroom #2 has a crib for your use. However, we do not have bedding for the crib. The other 3 rooms each have extra sheets located in the closet in case you need them. There is a electric air mattress located in the closet of bedroom #3. An extra set of linens for the air mattress are available as well. There is also an extra foldaway crib located in the closet of bedroom #4 with linens. Garage - We’ve provided beach chairs and hammock chairs for use in the garage. There is also various beach equipment and a few yard games available for your use. We just ask that you place everything back the way you found it. There is a propane gas grill available for your use. You can pull it out to grill in the driveway. All the utensils needed to cook should be there. We just ask that you remember to turn off the propane tank when you finish and the place it back in the garage. There is also a shuffle board table available four your use as well. We’ve provide rules just in case you’re new to shuffle board. We just ask that you keep all food or drinks off the table. In the event that you spill something, please clean it up immediately. Also, do not bring any weapons onto the property!
Other Details to Note
Please do a walkthrough upon arrival and notify us/send pics through airbnb of anything damaged outside of normal wear and tear. There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, records video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience! 30+ day stays require background check, lease, and deposit after booking. Booking will be canceled if not completed. All stays over 30 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty. Please note lawn care and trash service may come on the premises during your stay. Days and times vary, please inquire if you need more specifics on when to expect these services to take place during your stay.

Guests are free to use the entire condo except locked closets. Also feel free to enjoy the garage equipped with a full size shuffleboard table, a small backyard and front yard to play games that we’ve provided. Parking is the driveway on the side of the building and the associated garage. The front of the building is for the other condo.
