With beautiful Chesapeake Bay views, two private decks, generous living spaces, and room for up to 12 guests, the home is designed for comfortable extended stays by the water. The first level features a private bedroom with two double beds, an attached full bathroom, and a TV ready for your favorite streaming apps. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is also conveniently located on this floor. Upstairs, the open-concept main level brings everyone together with a spacious living room, oversized sectional, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen. Step outside onto the deck to enjoy outdoor seating, a gas grill, and gorgeous views toward the beach—especially at sunset. The third level includes two additional bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, private deck with water views, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a shower, and a soaking tub. The neighboring bedroom offers two queen beds and its own attached full bathroom. There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, records video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience!
