There is one house between this property and the beach, but the rest of the land is empty lots. I chose this location specifically because OV August provides spectacular Ocean Views without making you feel like everyone on the beach is staring into your home. The perfect spot! BEACH DOG RULES: Dogs are allowed on the beach on-leash during the offseason. Through the summer, specifically the Saturday before Memorial Day through Labor Day, dogs are not allowed on the beach between the hours of 10am - 6pm. Permit Number: ZP24-00875

** Due to recent construction near the home, construction noise and obstructed views are a possibility at this time ** Please note we do have cameras on the exterior of the home, as well as a noise aware system that monitors noise decibel levels as a requirement from the city of Norfolk. These do NOT record conversation or have any cameras inside- these monitor only the sound levels only. We do also have a camera in the front and the back of the exterior of the home, as well as near the garbage containers on the side of the home.
