Fully renovated and stocked, you will need to bring only a suitcase to stay. You won’t want to leave the stunning backyard space, with a hot tub, nighttime lighting, and comfortable seating around a fire pit, to enjoy each other's company under the stars. Don't forget about our bonus recreational room for multi-purpose use! Enjoy a foosball table, TV, and arcade games for an additional entertainment space for kids of all ages, plus a desk if you need to work remotely in a separate and quiet area from the main house. The couch also pulls out into a bed for a separate sleeping space. Other Details to Note
Please note we have 2 cameras on the exterior of the home only due to Norfolk city permit requirements. One at the front of the home and one in the backyard. The camera at the back of the home does not face the hot tub for your privacy. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels on the property and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does not record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience!
