** NOTICE: Due to the efforts to repair the resort post-hurricane, there may be periodic construction, as well as closures at amenities such as the Tiki Bar and pool. ** Please note this property has an adjoining room. There is one main door and then two doors inside of the main door. Your space is completely separate from the other room, with no way for the other side to access yours. Cleaning will only come at the end of your stay to keep cleaning fees low! Housekeeping services are not provided. If you would like additional cleans we are happy to provide them at an additional cost. Beach chairs are provided in unit, other beach equipment may be rented! Please ask the front desk for more details. Please bring your own beach towels or plan to purchase at nearby convenient corner stores with plenty of options. *No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony. There is a smoking area downstairs in the parking lot near the beach. -Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. They are our utmost priority to continue to operate short term rentals for years to come. Noise violations are taken seriously and will have one courtesy warning before removal without repayment for nights unspent. 30+ day stays require background check, lease, and deposit after booking. Booking will be canceled if not completed. All stays over 30 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty.
