**Please note that the pool is currently not heated as it is still undergoing repairs. ** Building repairs, due to the storm, are currently happening from the hours of about 8am-5pm weekdays but are mainly confined to the lobby now. Our parking lot directly under the resort could also be affected at times but we do have another one conveniently located directly across from us. Your stay should be minimally impacted as all amenities are up and running. *No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony. There is a smoking area downstairs in the parking lot near the beach. 30+ day stays require background check, lease, and deposit after booking. Booking will be canceled if not completed. All stays over 30 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty.
