Have fun, but please no parties or events. $250 minimum fine for evidence of smoking inside (including weed). Quiet hours (imposed by the city) from 9 p.m.- 7 a.m. We ask our guests to please respect our neighbors, they are our top priority to continue to do short term rentals for years to come. House trained dogs over 1 year old that are pre approved are allowed! Please tell me about your dog before booking. Pet fee is $100 per 10 nights. No cats allowed. Dogs must be crated when left unattended. Dogs must be supervised when in the backyard and may not be left in the backyard unattended. $75 pet waste fee will be applied if pets are not cleaned up after. Dogs must be pre approved or a fine of double the pet fee per night will be applied. There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, records video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience! 30+ day stays require background check, lease, and deposit after booking. Booking will be canceled if not completed. All stays over 30 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty. Please note lawn care and trash service may come on the premises during your stay. Days and times vary, please inquire if you need more specifics on when to expect these services to take place during your stay.
