Our spacious beach house is just missing your family. Enjoy self check-in for your convenience with the electronic door lock. Plenty of parking with a driveway and street parking. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, our home comfortably accommodates a group. The first level has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with 2 twins- these rooms will share a full sized bathroom. The living room features a Smart TV with streaming apps to login to your favorite apps. Off the living room is the large kitchen with a big picnic-style table great for a group. The kitchen leads out to a nice sized deck and massive, fully fenced backyard complete with a fire pit. Charcoal grill and patio furniture provided to soak up the sunshine! The second level features two bedrooms. One large room has a bunk bed with twin beds, one more twin bed + desk space for working from home. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. Both rooms share a full bathroom upstairs. Connect your music to the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom! Laundry room with washer and dryer is also located upstairs. With provided beach gear, high speed WIFI, and a large backyard this is one you don't want to miss! Sorry, no pets allowed. COVID-19 update: We have implemented strict cleaning measures for disinfecting the house between guests. In addition to our regular high standards, we are disinfecting all light switches, remotes, doorknobs, keypads, all surfaces, and any additional heavily touched surfaces around the space. We want you to have a peace of mind and consider us a retreat today and always. Garage is not included for guest use. Sorry, pets are not allowed. Minimum $250 fine for evidence of pets. Minimum $250 smoking fine will apply if evidence of smoking is found inside the home regardless of type of smoking (tobacco or marijuana). Please smoke outside away from any open windows or doors and dispose of properly. Quiet hour from 9p-7a. Please be respectful of our neighbors. There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, records video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience! 30+ day stays require background check, lease, and deposit after booking. Booking will be canceled if not completed. All stays over 30 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty. Please note lawn care and trash service may come on the premises during your stay.
