Featured in one of the most famous neighborhoods in Virginia Beach- the VIBE district- you will be in the heart of it all. Within walking distance to the Convention Center, the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and activities, this is truly the best location for any trip! Brand new with premium finishes and amenities. Self check-in for your convenience with an electronic door lock. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, the home comfortably accommodates a group with many separate spaces for enjoying each other's company. On the first level, is the spacious living room and the fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with a large island. ALL bedrooms have TV's with Hulu and Disney + included. The second level has 2 bedrooms both with King-sized beds- the spacious master bedroom has a balcony and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a King-sized bed and attached bathroom. On the third floor, you will find a room with a bunk bed with full beds on top and bottom. There is another living space between the rooms with comfortable couches and furniture. The 4th bedroom features a queen-sized bed. Both rooms share the upstairs bathroom. With provided beach gear, high speed WIFI, coffee bar and more, this will become your new go-to spot! COVID-19 update: We have implemented strict cleaning measures for disinfecting the house between guests. In addition to our regular high standards, we are disinfecting all light switches, remotes, doorknobs, keypads, all surfaces, and any additional heavily touched surfaces around the space. We want you to have a peace of mind and consider us a retreat today and always. Please be advised there are 2 dedicated parking spaces behind the unit. Parking also available in front of the unit on a first come, first serve basis. A parking permit is required to park on the street. We provide one pass for you. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Due to the size of the house with laundry and covid sanitation measures the house will not be available before then. Please plan accordingly. This property is non-smoking. Smoking fine of $500 will apply for evidence of smoking inside. This property is 1/2 of a duplex. You may book both sides for your large group of up to 20! Be advised you share one wall with the other side. There is no grill on the property. This area does have military installations nearby and loud jets will periodically fly overhead. Please be aware if you are sensitive to noise. Please note during hurricane season our area is prone to inclement weather. We encourage guests to consider purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen weather or health events to protect your reservation. Our cancellation policy is firm. There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, records video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience! 30+ day stays require background check, lease, and deposit after booking.
