This spacious home comfortably accommodates a group with many separate spaces for enjoying each other's company. On the first level is the inviting living room, a dining area for seating up to 8 people, and the fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with a large island with 5 bar stools. Most bedrooms have TV's with streaming devices such as Netflix and Hulu included. The second level has 3 bedrooms, the master suite featuring a private deck and beautiful en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms on this floor share a bathroom. On the third floor, you will find a space kids will love- a cozy encove-style bunk bed room with twin beds on top and bottom. An amazing feature of this home is another living space between the rooms, and a queen sofa bed. The last bedroom on this floor features a queen-sized bed. Both rooms share the upstairs bathroom. With provided beach gear, high speed WIFI, coffee bar and more, this will become your new go-to spot! COVID-19 update: We have implemented strict cleaning measures for disinfecting the house between guests. In addition to our regular high standards, we are disinfecting all light switches, remotes, doorknobs, keypads, all surfaces, and any additional heavily touched surfaces around the space. 6 parking spots provided- 2 spaces in the back and one space in the front with a parking pass. 3 Spaces available in the parking garage nearby. **Important: Please do not use our neighbors driveways to help park your car. Only the street may be used to get into our parking spaces. Thank you for respecting our neighbors properties!** This area does have military installations nearby and loud jets will periodically fly overhead. Please be aware if you are sensitive to noise. There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, records video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience! 30+ day stays require background check, lease, and deposit after booking. Booking will be canceled if not completed. All stays over 30 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty. Please note lawn care and trash service may come on the premises during your stay.
