This renovated 2-bedroom Norfolk cottage is a comfortable home base for couples, small families, traveling professionals, or military stays, with thoughtful amenities for both quick getaways and longer visits. A charcoal grill and electric smoker make the private fenced yard even better for relaxed meals at home. Other Details to Note
The plant foliage around parts of the property varies. The Bermuda grass will have a scheduled cut every two-ish weeks in the late spring/summer. The rest of the year the grass is dormant and doesn’t need mowing. The flower beds will be something I’ll take care of in between guest stays. I will reach out to coordinate yard work for whatever works best for you if it is necessary to upkeep during a longer booking. I’ve planted rosemary in the front garden bins. Feel free to trim some off if you’d like! There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, record video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience!

Neighborhood
Ocean view is an up and coming area. A lot of new places to eat and drink. My house is only three blocks from the beach and my street is VERY quiet. Neighbors are not fond of any loud noise at all so NO PARTIES!!
Guest Access
Guest will have access to the entire house, 1 car garage and small beach shed attached to the back of the house. There is also a printer, art supply box, and sewing machine guest can use located at the top of the master bedroom closet. I just ask that the printer, art box, and sewing machine be left in the same condition it was found upon check out. No guarantee there will be ink, paper, paint or thread left from previous guest usage.
