Shares walls with only one unit behind it. The yard is on the side of the house (Not backyard) and is fully enclosed. This area does have military installations nearby and loud jets will periodically fly overhead. Please be aware if you are sensitive to noise. There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, records video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience! Please note lawn care and trash service may come on the premises during your stay.
