Please be advised there are 2 dedicated parking spaces behind the unit. Parking is also available in front of the unit on a first come, first serve basis and a parking pass is required. We provide 1 pass. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Due to the size of the house with laundry and covid sanitation measures the house will not be available before then. Please plan accordingly. This property is non-smoking. Smoking fine of $500 will apply for evidence of smoking inside. This property is 1/2 of a duplex. You may book both sides for your large group of up to 20! Be advised you share one wall with the other side. There is no grill on the property. This area does have military installations nearby and loud jets will periodically fly overhead. Please be aware if you are sensitive to noise. Please note during hurricane season our area is prone to inclement weather. We encourage guests to consider purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen weather or health events to protect your reservation. Our cancellation policy is firm. There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, records video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience! 30+ day stays require background check, lease, and deposit after booking. Booking will be canceled if not completed. All stays over 30 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty. Please note lawn care and trash service may come on the premises during your stay.
