No refunds if reservation terminated for party. • Dogs allowed over 1 year old, pre-approved. Pet fee: $100 per 10 nights or $250/month. Dogs must be crated if unattended and supervised in backyard. $75 pet waste fee applies if not cleaned. Fine of double pet fee per night if not approved. No cats allowed. • Home is professionally cleaned between stays; air filters changed regularly. Guests with severe allergies should assess suitability. • No refunds for COVID-19 or weather-related cancellations, including hurricanes. Consider trip insurance. • $75/hour charge for late checkout without prior approval. • Clean grill after use to avoid $75 cleaning fee. • Ice makers and fireplaces are extra amenities; no refunds if not functioning. • Utilities (electricity, water, gas) must be used responsibly. Excess consumption fees apply. • No paper towels or wipes (including flushable) down drains; repair costs billed to guest. • Third-party encrypted ID verification required. There are cameras on the exterior of the home and in the hallway. There are no cameras inside the units. They are motion activated, record video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience!
