House trained dogs that are pre approved are allowed! Pet fee is $100 per 10 nights. No puppies allowed. Pets must be crated when left unattended. Pets must be supervised when in the backyard and may not be left in the backyard unattended. $50 pet waste fee will be applied if pets are not cleaned up after. Pets must be pre approved or a fine of double the pet fee per night will be applied. Please note while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters changed regularly, we do allow dogs and cats in the home. Those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their unique needs. Please note we do have a noise aware system that monitors noise decibel levels as a requirement from the city of Norfolk. These do NOT record conversation or have any cameras inside- these monitor only the sound levels only. We do also have a camera in the front and the back of the exterior of the home. 30+ day stays require background check, lease, and deposit after booking. Booking will be canceled if not completed. All stays over 30 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty. Please note lawn care and trash service may come on the premises during your stay.
