Welcome to the beautiful Adirondacks! Adventure awaits! Work from home or go on an adventure. Renovated in Sept. 2019, we created a space with you in mind. Relax in a renovated and cozy 850 square feet house with space for up to 4. 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom cottage features a fully stocked kitchen and is located a short drive to many neighboring cities with plenty of activities nearby in any season. Take a short (less than 5 minute) walk to Lake Champlain or take a day trip and drive to a neighboring city (or country!) nearby. Take a day trip to: - Plattsburgh, New York- 15 minutes -Montreal, Quebec, Canada- 90 minutes -Saratoga, NY- 90 minutes -Lake Placid, NY- 45 minutes -Burlington, VT - 90 minutes -Lake George, NY -90 minutes We welcome two and four-legged guests! Complete with a dog door and even chicken wire under the fence line so diggers can’t escape. Please see the details in house rules- they must be pre approved, and pet fees apply. Other Details to Note
Our house does not have a mailbox. Arrangements need to be made at the local post office for any mail delivery. Our cottage uses well water. As many properties by the lake have- there may be a slight sulfur smell to the water. You simply need to run the water in the sink for about 20-30 minutes for the smell to dissipate. The issue with the chlorination system has been fully addressed and resolved, ensuring that it will smell much better for staying guests.
