This home is a standalone cottage on the same lot of another home. You have a separate path to get to your cottage in the back of the front unit. The firepit is shared with the front cottage. There is limited parking. You may park on the left hand side of the driveway of the home in front of this one (more details and address given after booking). The right side of the driveway is reserved for the other home. There is a small gravel area next to this home that can fit a small vehicle as well. There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, records video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience! 30+ day stays require background check, lease, and deposit after booking. Booking will be canceled if not completed. All stays over 30 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty. Please note lawn care and trash service may come on the premises during your stay. Days and times vary, please inquire if you need more specifics on when to expect these services to take place during your stay.
